Ray Mack
Chief Executive Officer
Ray Mack is the Founder & CEO of IQ Sig, a company providing IT and communication solutions to support critical missions worldwide. Retired Chief Warrant Officer 4 Mack led multiple organizations within the Intelligence Community throughout his 22-year career in the U.S. Army. Ray is widely known for his ability to build high-performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation and resilience. His expertise in delivering operational success and spearheading transformative projects fulfilled some of the top priorities in the Department of Justice and Department of Defense.
Ray holds multiple IT certifications, a Bachelor of Science in cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and a Master of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. Ray is also a graduate of the Harvard Law School Program on Negotiations and the Cornell Executive Leadership Certificate Program.
